You don't have to go full GamerGate non-sense to find plenty of issues that are hurting the AAA market. Private equity, shareholders, and greed have been far more damaging to gaming.
I mean GamerGate was the start of all this. It was the start of the end of the gaming industry. Games were made primarily for and by guys and they knew their target market. They didn't try to appeal to everybody they tried to appeal to to the people who bought their games. Now you have more games than ever before and gaming studios are going bankrupt left and right because they filled their staff full of people who don't even like gamers.
why can't you see that their greed has enabled the dynamics that brought AAA market to its where it is ? you dont think PE has influence on media with their vast resources ?
