Apparently installing MacPorts from SVN should work, although it's a bit more of a hassle:

Installing MacPorts is easy, however, be aware that some ports do not compile yet. Some of them have bugs filed against them, but given the NDA, MacPort developers could not fix them until Lion was out.

Yeah but I'm not going to bother with that, especially since packages will likely be broken. I'll wait until next week.
